    • 3–6 years of experience in backend development.
    • Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
    • Experience with frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
    • Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
    • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
    • Experience with ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM).
    • Experience with version control systems like Git.
    • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
    • Exposure to AI-assisted development (prompt engineering, AI tools).
    • Experience working on international/global projects.
    • Knowledge of performance optimization and caching strategies.
    • Familiarity with API security standards (JWT, OAuth).
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Collaborate with frontend developers, mobile teams, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
    • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues and production incidents.
