Chirendu Gupta

Managing Director
Chirendu Gupta heads Verve Systems as the Managing Director. With over 20+ years of experience in Software and particularly in the Offshore Software space, Chirendu has pioneered the software outsourcing processes and defined innovative business models for international markets. His past and current experience include Manufacturing Industry (Production), System Analysis, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Functional Consultancy, and Business Development. He has worked with small, mid and large-sized IT companies, handling key roles and responsibilities across various functions. This includes successfully setting up offices & partnership in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, US, Canada, United Kingdom, Benelux etc. Chirendu has led the growth of Verve with his strong business acumen and managerial capabilities.
  • Married to Pranita for the last 16 years. Pranita is Nutritionist and actively involved with Verve guiding it's employee on their Dietary habits. They have two Sons. Aarav aged 12 years, has a keen interest in Football and an avid JK Rowling & Harry Potter fan. Their youngest son Aarsh is 5 years and is in Kinder Garden.

Shuvendu Gupta has over 21 years of rich and diverse experience of the communication industry, marketing, advertising, PR, corporate communications through his exposure to a broad spectrum of clients, from big corporate, FMCG, Hospitality, Realty, Aviation, blue-chip public sector organizations to private sector giants. Involved in Brand building, Identity & image building, communication strategy, Media Relations, Media & Advertising Planning, Promotional & Marketing plans. As a communication professional and manager he has been responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s communication and marketing strategies, management of the entire creative team, budgeting, systems development, client relationship, new business development, staff training and people development. Before joining Verve, Shuvendu was with ABG Cement at Mumbai in their Brand & Marketing team – one of India’s largest shipbuilding company in the private sector.

Vikas Jain

Chief Technical Officer
With over 17 years of experience in handling large scale software projects, Vikas is an experienced leader with a strong background in Project Management practices and Software Development methodologies. He has experience in developing and delivering software solutions to clients across Europe and US. As a key proponent of Agile practices, he has been successful in implementing and delivering projects using SCRUM with geographically distributed teams. He has worked on areas of Operations Efficiency for improved application stability, streamlined incident management and delivered productivity through optimal resource utilization. Vikas is also part of the Resource management group and in turn responsible for effective resource utilization, upgrading technical skill sets, identifying a team best fit for project needs, provide technical guidance and coordination with the Business Development team.

Jay Patel, a 30 year resident of Mesa, AZ, USA, graduated from Middlesex University in London, UK with bachelors in Mathematics for Business. Jay founded SONA DATA systems in 1986 based in Tempe, AZ. His organization specialized in ERP based custom software and hardware solutions, providing complete turnkey solutions for various types of small to medium size businesses. In 1997 the hardware division of SONA DATA together with the customized software was acquired by another corporation, which lead Jay to streamline his business to software development in newer M/S technologies. His experience includes managing enterprise software development life cycle (SDLC), Project Management experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies. Shrey holds comprehensive experience when it comes to Global Sales, Project Management, Client Management, Client Retention, People management, and Customer/Client services. He has worked in the past with some of the most reputed global companies and Fortune 500 Companies.
