Every VerveItUp stands to be unique and filled with information and fun. This year, it was time for VerveItUP 2023. The, Core team of Verve came in great spirit and got ready for our annual sales meeting, packed with SalesProjections, Discussion on vision and setting the path forward for the year along with fun and games to end it.
The idea for VerveItUP is to keep annual sales meeting interactive and funloving, and not making it a boring and dull. This year’s VerveItUp promised to be the most exciting yet, was linedup full of engaging activities, challenging competitions, and rewarding prizes. Whether you’re a seasoned sales professional or a new recruit, there’s something for everyone.
Our keynote speakers shared their insights and best practices to help us all stay ahead of the curve in a fast-paced industry. We’ll also have team-building exercises to help us work together more effectively and build stronger relationships.
But the real fun started when we let our competitive spirits soar! There were games, trivia contests, and much more, all designed to bring out our competitive side and get your adrenaline pumping. And of-course, there were plenty of great prizes up for grabs.

Verve festival known as VeveItUp is a corporate celebration. It is time to mark milestones and connect with each other. Every VerveItUp is unique and comes with lots of fun and excitement. This new year, we celebrated this day with so many fun activities and mind games. All Verve’ites came together, discussed the achievements, the challenges they faced, and showed their preparedness for the upcoming year. All this was scheduled in a non-workplace environment. Also, we all had lunch together, had fun, and played some indoor and outdoor games. The winners of the VerveItUp are recognized with special gifts.
This year, VerveItUp is celebrated differently. The idea was to bring Verve’ites together, give team efforts, and come up with the best solution for a problem statement. Verve’ites were divided into groups and brainstormed on what is the best way to market our product Lokaly in the domestic market. Groups came up with unique and reliable approaches and presented their plans and strategies on how to launch and where to market the product to get more customers. Without a doubt, it is more family work than teamwork. The winning team was rewarded with prizes.
Collaborative activities like this build camaraderie and trust —one of the most important aspects of a successful outcome.
Indeed, it was a great learning experience and technique for skill improvement.

Our Work, home, and social life have all been altered due to COVID-19. It is important to accept the new normal situation and become self-reliant. Verve also adopted to this and rolled-out the Work-From-Office (WFO) with all the needed safety measures. Moreover, Verve conducted training and awareness sessions on the “how to” of WFO and “what” needs to be done to successfully manage the combination of WFH and WFO.
Last Monday, on May 18 2020, Verve Systems made the best of the situation and brought together the entire Vervites together on a single virtual platform and rejoiced the Annual Day. With songs, dances, quizzes, and family interactions, it was once of its kind in the prevailing Covid-19 situation of lockdown. Nothing was locked and nothing was down. All opened up and participated by performing their hidden talents. To the extent that virtually, the whole team had a cake made at home, together!
The opportunity to come together and deliver as per the expectations is the mantra of the Verve culture! We embrace sustained efforts of similar kind when dealing with our Clients – employees and solution stake-holders both.
The COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread all over the world. Verve initiated and encouraged Verve’ites to Work From Home (WFH). Verve ensures that everybody has a comfortable and enthusiastic workspace at their homes. We arrange fun activities, so that Verve’ites don’t feel exhausted during the lockdown. Activities like cooking challenge, fun games, desk decoration, and conducting a few sessions on COVID-19 precautions are organized regularly. We have taken the necessary steps to monitor the health of each employee. We will maintain social distancing and remain connected over the internet to deliver the best possible to our Clients.
Verve often visits Europe to meet our existing and new Clients. In view of the recent outbreak of the Novel Corona Virus (COVID19), most countries issued a travel advisory to refrain from travelling. On the brighter side of this challenging time, we explored new ways to reach out to our clients via video conferencing and calls. We had GoToMeeting Session and Skype calls where we could give an exclusive demo of the recent projects to our clients by screen sharing and discussion. This approach has actually given a boost to many of our Clients and Prospects to open up their requirements and move ahead with the projects. Thank you all!

Living a healthier life might seem like a tall order — the nutrition, the exercise, the inner happiness! But having some friendly advice on your food habits and diet, whenever and wherever you need it, makes it easier and more fun. With the motive of #Fit4IT Verve has initiated “Nutrition Club”. Where a Certified Nutritionist conducted one to one interaction with Verve’ites to know their daily food habits and lifestyle. They have advised tips in general. The Nutritionist then did individual profiling and sent out diet charts to reach the member.
Face-to-face interaction helps understand each other better and leads to build stronger, more meaningful business relationships. One of our existing clients from Belgium visited the development center at Ahmedabad in the last week of Jan 2020. We are in collaboration with this client since 2016. During this period, we have completed several projects successfully for them. The objective of the meeting was to have a discussion on ongoing projects and some of their future ventures. We got a nice opportunity where we gave a traditional welcome to the client at our office. We went for dinner where the client tasted various Indian cuisine, with spices.
VerveItUp is all about encouraging knowledge sharing in a collaborative and creative way.
Verve conducted an interesting and inspiring learning session where the core team organized a few sessions on Agile Methodology, Business Strategy for 2020, played some mind games and took lunch together. Two separate events – one for the Business Development and another for the Tech Development were organized. Employee engagement activities are the most powerful way to improve efficiency and productivity. Participators were very enthusiastic and energetic.
Winners of the games and other activities were recognized with prizes.
Quality is the forte of the services offered by Verve Systems. With the growing demand from the markets, Verve decided to officially get certified as an ISO certified company for the Quality Standards. Verve worked on the prcoess and implementation of Quality standards by acquiring the ISO 9001:2015 for its Ahmedabad operations.
Verve Systems has a growing business in the European region and Clients become associates and partners after getting quality and committed deliveries. One such Client, Timo from Agentur Loewenmut, offered a partnership and Verve accepted to buy certain percentage of equity to increase the strength of the present company in the Swiss market.
Verve has been growing by leaps and bounds over the past few years. To ensure that the infrastructure is large enough to house the growing teams, Verve bought a new office premise within the same building, Venus Atlantis. This now has an added facility to house around 50 more engineers to cater to the Clients worldwide. The infrastructure is built so as to befit the new-age features.

With a footprint in the European region growing strong, Verve Systems wanted to establish a sales partnership since some time. Branders, headed by Thomas Neurink is a Netherlands based company that worked together with Verve for the past few years. With the relationship growing stronger Verve and Branders decided to get into a partnership for sales and development in The Netherlands.
Verve planned and executed a US Business Trip for the East Coast region from mid March to mid April 2019. The overall purpose of the trip was to meet existing clients as well as new potential Clients/Partners. The exercise executed by Verve helps to improve quality and understand the challenges faced during the existing projects. The trip was a success with over 54 in-person meetings conducted with startups and IT SMEs In New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Boston regions.
Lokaly, a place that helps build stronger bonds between buyers and sellers online, announced the launch of its apps. This is all in one app, which replaces the traditional udhar bahi with the technology. Another great feature is quickly set up your online store and sell your products to your existing and new customers. Verve’s mantra is “Buy Locally – By Lokaly”, said the Co-Founder & CEO on this occasion.
Verve’s business team visited Belgium, Netherlands, & Paris from 23rd Sep – 4th Oct 2019. We keep having such business trips at least twice a year, where we travel to mainland countries in Europe and meet some new potential clients as well as existing ones. This enables us to optimize the outsourcing experience for our clients/partners and also strengthen the business relationship on a long-term basis.
