This is a bill pay module we have developed for the client. Using this customer can send money and receive a response. There will be payment integration to send the money. This bill pay module was successfully developed and the client was impressed with our test work. They awarded a new project to us which is a brand new concept and currently rocking in the market called "Healthjump". We are constantly upgrading it with new features.

Jumpstart is Desktop application build in JAVA technology. This application is developed for practices to manage appointments. Healthjump’s Jumpstart software is the product organizations use to gain access to health data that resides within health information systems. It provides connectivity, extracts data and then securely transmits it to Healthjump’s JumpCONNECT data processor.

Jumplytics application is built for represents doctor row data into graphical onto browser based on doctors measurements in different region for their patients. There are Bubble Chart (Region Chart), Stack Chart(Total Denominators & Numerators), Pie Chart(Max Denominators Based Measurement), Data Table(Doctor's with their Measurement), Row Chart(Total Patients Based on Doctors).

Patient can sign up to connect with the doctors. Patient can manage their profile by updating their personal details, profile picture, insurance details, home details and can change their password. Patient can add doctors from more doctor search options. Also, both patient can doctor can send & receive messages. From here patient can request a new appointment as well as add health summary.

The smartphone app is available for patients where they can create their profiles and browse doctors. Unlike a few apps, here a patient can message to healthjump doctor with concern and can attach the file. The patient will have the facility to add an appointment as well as request health record documents.

In this phase, patient can add records, capture images and can send to their doctors. Even, patient can record an appointment. Patient can switch to another family member to manage their profile. Patient will receive reminder notifications for follow up call to be made for document notifications, follow up call to be made for document, request a copy of medical records to NonHj doctor, schedule next appointment to NonHj doctor.
An estimation is given based on the features will be included, designs, and testing.

As we were upgrading the project with new features we have updated designs as well based on the new requirement.

Where EHR connector having features of download and install Jumpstart software to access patient data for their practice. In the partner portal, user can integrate, translate and automate their clinical data with Healthjump website.
