Chirendu Gupta heads Verve Systems as the Managing Director. With over 12+ years of experience in Software and particularly in the Offshore Software space, Chirendu has pioneered the software outsourcing processes and defined innovative business models for international markets. His past and current experience include Manufacturing Industry (Production), System Analysis, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Functional Consultancy, and Business Development.

He has worked with small, mid and large-sized IT companies, handling key roles and responsibilities across various functions. This includes successfully setting up offices & partnership in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, US, Canada, United Kingdom, Benelux etc. In his past role he has worked as Functional Consultant for ERP implementations, Project Development and Implementation experience in varied kind of industries like Port, Refinery, Dairy, Heavy Machinery Fabrication, and Service Industry etc. His experience also include implementation of CMM practice for his previous organization thus his keen focus on Quality aspect in Verve.

He continues to contribute to the overall corporate development, identifying global markets, making strategic partners, sales, strategic planning, infusing value-addition in the service offerings, client relationship management, and quality process improvement. He has led the growth of Verve with his strong business acumen and managerial capabilities.

Chirendu holds a Bachelors degree in Technology and Post Graduate in Business Administration.

Harshal Pol heads the Global Sales Team with primary focus on the North America market for Verve Systems.
Harshal is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience of working in almost all the phases of SDLC and Software Sales. He successfully bridges the gap between technology and its mapping to business needs with his experience of both the fields. He has taken up various challenging roles which others were reluctant to take because of the risks involved and has successfully stood right into the expectations of management and his team.

In his career, he has worked with companies like Cognizant, Impetus, Gateway TechnoLabs and Cimcon handling key roles. This includes successfully delivering critical projects, taking up challenging responsibilities within pre-sales and sales function, managing partners and regional sales units, working as Consultant and setting up an independent Strategic Business Unit.

He currently Leads the Global Sales Team and manages client relationships; and contributes in strategic planning, setting up processes, and adding value to the overall service offerings of the organization. He also takes up critical project deliveries and software/functional consulting assignments for some of the key clients.

Harshal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science) and Diploma in Business Management.

Chirag Shah serves as a Practice Head of Verve Systems. In this role he is accountable for all software delivery for the organization – product delivery, product implementations and services. He is responsible for driving the effort behind processes and strategies that would enable speedy, quality and smooth delivery of software. He is responsible for streamlining development, test, support functions and providing leadership to the entire delivery team. In an addition, he is also involved in pre-sales and client interaction, spot business opportunities ensuring optimal utilization of resources and carry business targets, reviewing people and teams.

Prior to joining Verve, Chirag was working with Motif India Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as a Director, Software Development. Chirag was responsible for the overall software development activities at Motif which has grown from 20 employees to 1200 employees. Motif’s in-house software was one of the biggest differentiator helping organization scaling to three operations locations.

Before he was moved to Motif, Chirag was working for Confluence Software (Software Company started by the founders of Motif) as a Sr. Software Engineer. At Confluence, he was responsible for off-shore development and actively involved in client meetings, updates and deliveries. Â

Chirag started his professional career with Vadilal Industries limited as a programmer.

Chirag has more than 16 years of experience in project management, team handling, system analysis and design, database administration, web servers, mail servers and domain configurations.

Chirag holds M.C.A. (Master of Computer Applications) degree. He has also completed his Bachelor of Science as a graduation.

Kaushik Gadani is working as a Practice Head (Java & Mobile Practice) at Verve Systems. He has an impressive 12+ years of experience in handling large scale software development solutions on various platforms and technologies. He is skilled at initiating, administering and executing across a portfolio of projects harmonizing technical needs with business realities including pre-sales, estimation, planning, monitoring, development and user acceptance testing.

He has acquired knowledge of process frameworks and software development methods like waterfall, interactive and scrum model including project scoping, requirement analysis and specification, effort & size estimation, risk mitigation, planning-monitoring-tracking, change management control, release management and resource optimization. He involved working with clients from US, UK, Italy, The Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia, Oman etc.

Kaushik has also managed Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), a core team of CMM implementation during his previous organization. He deft in establishing a Quality Assurance Framework for achieving excellence through qualitative project management and implementing systems in line with CMMi level 3.

Kaushik holds a degree of Master of Computer Applications and Bachelor degree in Electronics.

Ajay Dekavadiya looks after projects and manages a the team of RIA Center of Excellence. With over 8 years of experience in Microsoft & RIA technologies, Ajay has managed full project life cycle of more than large business application projects including some Business Intelligence, Financial Application, Project Management etc. He holds technical and project management experience which helps in all phases of project; from requirement analysis to deliver.

Ajay has strong experience in systems architecture, database design, independent validation & verification (IV&V) and network administration. He is very good at management of cost, time, risk and integration.

Ajay has proven ability to deliver high quality IT products and services on schedule and under budget. His recent experience include working on projects like IP Surveillance systems, Projects for shipping companies, GPS tracking systems, Business and budgeting applications for government organizations.

Ajay is Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Vaibhav Choksi looks after Global Sales with a primary focus on UK and EU region and manages premier accounts for Verve Systems. With over 11 years of experience in Information Technology, Vaibhav has consulted small to large businesses and helped them run their business better.

Vaibhav has rich experience working for business giants like Network Rail (British Railways) for their Government and Corporate Affairs function for over 4 years in United Kingdom. He has worked for different sectors in India and United Kingdom, managing business development, digital media strategies and sales activities across different functions. His experience also include sales, Intranet systems, I.T. business plans, sales best practices thus his core focus is on global sales and client relationship management for Verve.

He is committed to contribute to the overall business development, expanding global markets, making strategic partners, sales, marketing and client relationship management.

Vaibhav holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Post Graduate in Commerce.

Maulik Pandya manages the Key Strategic Account around Mircosoft technologies for Verve Systems. Maulik has over 10 years of experience in Microsoft technology and handling large scale projects. He is majorly involved in Client Interaction, Team co-ordination, Knowledge Sharing, Identifying New Technologies, working closely with the clients to define the specifications, documents & features required for the system and ensuring that work is completed before deadline.

Maulik has expert knowledge of C#, VB.NET, WCF, Microsoft Dynamic CRM 3.0/4.0, XML, Ajax, Report development and strong command over database designing. He has extensive experience in Design Patterns (Factory, Façade, Singleton, lazy load, Observer), OOAD and N-Tier, SOA, Object Model Architectures.

Rajkumar Kewlani looks after projects and manages the team of ROR at Verve Systems. With extensive experience of over 7 years in Software Engineering, he has strong technical expertise in system architecture and database design. His rich exposure to various engagement models helps team devise the strategies for optimal delivery and execution model. He has been associated with Verve since the inception of the company and played key role in leading the projects in different technologies.

Prior to taking the current role few years back, he has been instrumental and active participant in architecture and project management for development of many critical and large scale projects in the field of Financial, Insurance, Banking, e-commerce and IT services sector. He has been the creator, user, manager and business developer for different software applications.

In the era of technology world when a new technology is born very often, played important role in selecting new technologies and using them effectively towards the growth of the company in the future ahead. He has got hands on experience starting with Abode Flex, Ruby on Rails, Microsoft .Net, PHP, Python, Action Script, Java Script, PL/SQL.

Rajkumar holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.

With more than 17 years of combined experience in marketing, advertising and business management in the fast paced changing world of comminications, he have developed a valueable trove of skills that are particularly effective in effectively leading a team, developing, communicating and executing marketing communication strategies.
